RAEANN VELASQUEZ
Chief Executive Officer | Co-Owner
Raeann joined Cimco in 1997 as a software developer and has spent nearly three decades shaping the company’s growth, culture, and commitment to serving water and irrigation professionals. After purchasing Cimco with her husband Rick in 2018, she guided the 2020 merger with GC Systems, forming what is now Cimco-GC Systems. Under her leadership, the company has grown from six employees to nearly 30–growth she credits to the dedication, creativity, and resilience of the Cimco-GC Systems team.
With a background in software development, a Masters in Business and Human Relations, and experience as an information technology specialist in the US Air Force, Raeann is known for breaking complex challenges into clear, actionable steps. She is motivated by making people’s work easier and by seeing team members stretch their creativity and capabilities. She is especially proud of the care, integrity, and professionalism the team brings to customers every day.
Guided by the mission to provide solutions that power success for water and irrigation professionals, Raeann is focused on strengthening Cimco-GC Systems’ expertise, service, and influence as a trusted industry leader.
When she’s not at work, Raeann can be found planning her next adventure. She’s been to all seven continents, all 50 states, and five of the seven wonders of the world–a list she expects to complete in short order!
ROBERT VELASQUEZ
Co-owner, CEO Designate
Engineering Support & Technical Sales
Robert Velasquez joined Cimco-GC Systems in 2018 and has contributed across nearly every area of the company–including technical training, warehouse operations, sales, Cla-Val design, specifications, packaged stations, and field service. In his current role in Engineering Support & Technical Sales, Robert works closely with engineers, partners, and internal teams to design practical solutions for complex water systems, ensuring projects meet both technical requirements and operational realities.
Robert’s experience across the company gives him a unique perspective on how all aspects of the business work together. He combines technical problem-solving with operational insight and a keen sense for business strategy, allowing him to make decisions that support partners, strengthen company culture, and guide the organization toward long-term growth. From hands-on roles on the warehouse floor to contributing to some of the company’s biggest decisions, Robert is known for working through complex challenges with partners and teams in a way that earns trust and moves work forward.
When he’s not at work, Robert channels his curiosity and energy into mastering new hobbies—from skiing and archery to home renovations and woodworking. He also plays guitar at his church and loves working out with his family in their home gym.

Service Department & Operations Manager
Beau Swet joined Cimco-GC Systems in 2007 as a service technician and has spent nearly two decades helping ensure the integrity of water systems across the Pacific Northwest. Widely recognized for his deep Cla-Val expertise and hands-on support of operators through complex valve challenges, Beau’s leadership impact extends well beyond a highly-skilled, factory-authorized service team.
Over the years, Beau has played a key role in strengthening Cimco-GC Systems’ operations. He has built and led high-performing teams, set clear expectations, and established standards for how work gets done. He is committed to supporting manufacturing and distribution partners by ensuring Cimco-GC Systems delivers in the field–through service, operations, and day-to-day collaboration.
When he’s not at work, Beau enjoys spending time with his family, working on anything with a motor, and–true to form–taking emergency calls when challenges arise.
