The Cimco team is saddened to report that our Sales Manager, teammate, and friend Scott Koponen passed away November 27, 2020.

Scott was a big part of the Cimco family, and he will be greatly missed. He had over 40 years of experience in the industry, and spent the last 6 years as part of Cimco’s outside sales team.
Appointed sales manager in 2020, Scott was busy mentoring, teaching, and sharing his wealth of knowledge with his younger coworkers. Scott knew so much that he could spend hours talking about products and application stories, and who he knew where from when they worked here and he worked there. Scott was known and respected throughout the marketplace for his work, his strong character, and his love for others, especially his wife and family.

We continue the mission at Cimco with sadness, but also with our lives enriched from the time we were able to spend with Scott, professionally and personally.
