Irrigators have to locate in a variety of scenarios. Sometimes the best place to start is by connecting directly to the wire at the controller or valve and tracing from there. In those situations, you can use an inductive clamp or the transmitter's induction antenna—for example, when tracing a branch in the middle of a 2-Wire system.
