Congratulations, Mike. What a Legacy!

Congratulations, Mike. What a Legacy!

After nearly 60 years in waterworks and irrigation—20 of those with Cimco—Mike Jeffrey has officially retired. Mike has worn just about every hat imaginable here: warehouse, deliveries, sales (inside and out), quoting, and for the last several years he’s served as Cimco’s Operations Manager. Along the way, he helped build the systems, processes, and operational backbone Cimco relies on today and will continue to rely on well into the future.

Last Friday, we had the privilege of celebrating Mike with a retirement party attended by nearly 50 people including team members, industry partners, friends, and family. That turnout speaks volumes about the respect he’s earned and the relationships he’s built over decades in this industry.

A Team Builder

One of Mike’s greatest contributions is the investment he made in our team.
Again and again, people shared how much Mike taught them—by answering questions, sharing hard-earned experience, and setting the standard for supporting customers. His commitment to passing knowledge on and enabling others to succeed has strengthened our team.

Mike leaves Cimco, not to mention the industry, in a better place than he found it, with a team prepared to carry the work forward. That’s a legacy to be proud of.

Thank you, Mike—for the work, the mentorship, and the example. Wishing you happy trails and plenty of time to enjoy what’s next.

Carrying the Legacy Forward

As Mike moves on to his next chapter, you can continue to rely on our Inside Team for support. Jeff Suth has stepped into the Operations Manager role after months of working side-by-side with Mike, and Cherelle and Josh have been absorbing Mike’s knowledge and approach for the last two years. Whenever you need something, they’re ready to help.
